What are those noises coming out of the woods at night?
Spirits, lovers, monsters, mariners, and monarchs!

If you haven’t been our magical island, you’re almost out of chances. Audiences have been piling into the woods, and the weather is holding strongly in our favour.
This is a show you don’t want to miss.

Don’t forget! You can use your advance ticket, or ticket stub to get a discount at one of our hospitality sponsors before or after the show! Take that special someone out for magic AND a meal!

You have no excuse. We’ve been acting our little hearts out for over a week, running around Odell park in every condition imaginable for over. And people love it!

Read the reviews and post by thoroughly satisfied, and elated attendees on facebook.

For the past two nights conditions have been perfect in the woods, tonight’s forecast looks just as balmy. Crowds (146 last night) are getting so massive, we’ve had to get creative with the seating arrangements!

But don’t worry, it’s not actually in the sky. It’s the magic of theatre!

After an impressive 145 people came to play on our magical island last night, you might want to consider showing up a bit early. Today has been even nicer, and is likely to be an even more pleasant evening! There’s only a limited amount of space for audiences in Odell park, and we don’t want to have to turn anyone away, so don’t leave it until the last minute!

Come tonight to avoid the weekend rush, and keep your ticket stub to get a discount at Brewbakers, or the Cedar Tree Café while everyone else is in the woods watching us!

We know you’ve been waiting for a sunnier day to come to the show, and now’s your chance! We’ve finally been successful in bribing the weather service to clear away those soggy clouds, and it looks like it’s going to be down right tropical for the rest of the run. Last night brought in a great crowd, despite being a bit chilly, and we’re just expecting audiences to keep getting larger.

So come early, and bring a friend!

Back at it!

After a much needed day of rest, it’s time for our spirits to pick up their instruments again, and bring our little magical paradise back to life. We’ve been chomping at the bit to get back into Odell park, and tonight’s show is bound to be another theatrical thriller. Get a taste of our sorcery by watching the trailer, filmed by the masterful Chris Giles!

Looks like the skies have emptied their rain reserves early! The forecast for this evening promises warm air and empty clouds.

Cana-day Off for The Tempest

Our cast and crew are taking a day off for Canada Day, but will be back with performances of The Tempest in Odell Park every night from Tuesday, July 2 through Sunday, July 7 at 7:30 nightly.

Last night over 70 diehard Bardfans showed up in the rain for what turned out to be our best show yet! And thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Lessons to be taken from this: 1) don’t let a little rain stop you from seeing the show, because it won’t stop us! (A lot of rain, however, is a different story). 2) Don’t wait for a night with perfect weather to see the show, because this year, who knows if that will happen? 3) We expect The Tempest will be a hot ticket this week!

Remember that you can get advance tickets at Westminster Books, that you can use your ticket stub for dining deals at Brewbakers and Cedar Tree Cafe, and that you can save money on tickets by coming as a group of 5 or more. See links elsewhere on this page for details.

And if you haven’t watched it yet, view our trailer by Chris Giles (scroll down to link) to see what you’re in for when you come to the show. Don’t miss it!
