✨CREW SPOTLIGHT✨
Mei Cheng – Costume Designer for Twelfth Night
“For this show, I was inspired by the director Alex Rioux’s vision to create something modern, but also a little retro. It was important to me to create costumes that matched the humour and vibrancy of the cast and script. The use of colour on the inhabitants of Illyria contrasts with the grey of Cesario, a stranger shipwrecked in a foreign land, and the ambiguity of their predicament… It was a treat to work with a cast with such amazing chemistry, and to see how they bring the characters to life.” – Mei on her experience working on Twelfth Night
