Bard in the Barracks’ 2023 season will open in just over two weeks!

This year’s season features Shakespeare’s beloved romantic comedy Much Ado About Nothing, in a production directed by Tilly Jackson set in glittering 1920s Europe that will take audiences on an evening stroll through beautiful Odell Park, and The Tragedy of Coriolanus, a dark and timely political thriller (and prequel to Julius Caesar). Len Falkenstein’s modernized production will stage the pitched battles between left and right for control of Rome on Fredericton’s downtown streets, and the phones of audience members. 

Much Ado About Nothing and Coriolanus will run in repertory from June 23-July 9, with discounted preview performances June 21-22.
